· This week your sons will be having their individual and team photo taken during Media Day. Soon you will be receiving a card from LifeTouch photography giving you a website link along with a password so you can access and order the photos. This year we have learned that all returning players were given the option of getting a new photo taken for the website and the program. If they opted not to get their photo taken and you need more photo buttons using the photo from last year, please contact Julie Coleman and let her know. All incoming Freshman or new players/parents will receive 4 photo buttons. We are also going to be giving all members name buttons. Please email Julie with the names you would like to go on the buttons at coleman12272@aol.com.

· Summer workouts usually begin the first full week of June and continue until August camp begins.
· Coach Brewster usually holds team meetings for the players when they return from breaks such as Thanksgiving, Winter Break and Spring Break at 7:00 PM on Sunday. You may want to consider this when scheduling trips home. A reminder, this year they have a bye week, so no game will be played on November 21st, but they do have a game on November 27th, which is the Saturday immediately following
Thanksgiving. We have not yet heard whether or not the players will be able to come home for Thanksgiving.
· Every player has 4 free tickets to all home games and 4 free tickets to away games if they travel. They do have to put in the names of the people who will be using those tickets by 8:00 am Thursday morning before every game. On game day the person will have to show identification in order to retrieve the ticket. The entrance for those using player tickets for home games will be the Carver County entrance, which is on the south side of TCF Bank Stadium.
· If the team goes to a Bowl Game then each player receives 6 free tickets, as all players travel for the bowl game.
· Home tailgates will be with the Goal Line Club, which will be located on the South Side of Williams Arena under the big tent. If you plan on eating or drinking you can either preregister at www.goallineclub.com before the games, or pay at the door. If you are a Parent Club/GLC member you can still come in the tent even if you don’t plan on eating or drinking.
· Once the season starts we will send out notifications to all parents updating them on where tailgates are for away games as well as reminders for tailgating at home games. We really need an email address where we can contact you as we no longer send anything regular mail.
· The Gopher Victory Walk occurs 2 hours before every game whether it is away or home.
· We will continue to have a game ball drawing at all tailgates, you must at least come to the tailgate in order to put your name in for the drawing, but you do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win.
